BEST OF 2025

To conclude the 2025 retrospective, I have the Anime of the Year. This one surprised me, honestly, because there was so much anime I loved in 2025, but it was between Devil May Cry and Sakamoto Days. Episode by episode, DMC edged out the win. It had stellar action, fantastic animation, and immersive voice acting. Now, I’m sure I might get some flack from fans of the games about the accuracy or whatever, but I’ve never played the games before, so I can say confidently I loved this show.
